Ivan Cornejo is an American singer-songwriter who makes regional Mexican music. He was born on June 5, 2004 in Riverside, California, and taught himself to play guitar by watching YouTube tutorials. His viral song “Esta Dañada” in 2021 made him famous.
He has won multiple awards, including the 2022 Billboard Latin Music Award for Artist of the Year, New for Dañado and the 2023 Billboard Latin Music Award for Regional Mexican Album of the Year for Alma Vacía. His other albums include Baby Please (2022), Dañado (Deluxe) (2022), * Donde Estás* (2023), and Aquí Te Espero (2023).
